They are produced by selected, handmade, fresh ingredients such as semolina, free range eggs, tomatoes, feta cheese and olives. The producer is located at Corinth, at the center of a traditional small village in the eastern Peloponnese and produces non-industrially manufactured, handmade products in limited quantities. Our pasta is an exceptional product distinguished for its natural texture, original flavor, superb taste and high nutritional value.
